Saad Guild workshop

Our Story

More Than What You Wear

Saad Guild began with a simple frustration: most leather and fur on the market today is built to look good in a photograph and fall apart within a year. We wanted to build the opposite — pieces that look better with time, not worse.

Every hide and pelt we work with is chosen by hand, not by spreadsheet. We favour full-grain leather and dense, well-graded fur over anything treated to hide its flaws, because flaws are exactly what tells you the material is real. What you buy from us is meant to be worn hard, for years, and to carry the marks of that wear with pride.

We keep our silhouettes quiet on purpose. No branding stamped across the chest, no seasonal gimmicks — just clean cuts, considered proportions, and construction that holds up under the tailor's eye as much as the everyday one.

Saad Guild is a small house. We would rather make fewer pieces exceptionally well than many pieces adequately. That's the whole philosophy, really — craft first, character always.

Craftsmanship

How a Piece Is Made

Panels are cut and matched by hand for grain direction before a single stitch goes in. Seams are lockstitched for strength, not speed, and every visible edge is burnished rather than folded or taped — a slower method, but one that ages instead of peeling.

From first cut to final press, a single jacket can take several days of hands-on work. We think that's the right amount of time.
