Cutting & Pattern-Making
Master pattern-makers cut every panel by hand so the grain runs true across each seam.
Hand-Stitching & Detailing
Saddle-stitched seams, solid brass hardware and heavyweight linings finished at the bench.
Quality Inspection
Every piece is worn, flexed and inspected under daylight lamps before it is boxed.
