Orders ship within 48 hours. Domestic delivery takes 2–4 business days; international 5–10 business days with tracking.
What is your return policy?
Unworn pieces can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Return shipping is free on domestic orders.
Do you make custom or bespoke pieces?
Yes. Send measurements and reference images through the form and our pattern-maker will reply with a quote and timeline (typically 4–6 weeks).
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to over 40 countries. Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout for most destinations.

Wipe with a dry cloth, condition twice a year with a neutral balm, and store on a broad hanger away from heat and direct sun.
Can I visit the atelier?
Yes — the flagship showroom on Tannery Row includes a viewing window onto the workshop. Bookings are recommended on weekends.
